Garlic Butter Shrimp with Rice

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Cook the Rice: If you don’t have pre-cooked rice, start by cooking it first.
- Sauté Garlic: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Cook Shrimp: Add shrimp, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Add Lemon & Parsley: Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Serve: Plate the shrimp over rice and enjoy!
