Garlic Butter Shrimp with Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice: If you don’t have pre-cooked rice, start by cooking it first.
  2. Sauté Garlic: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Cook Shrimp: Add shrimp, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Add Lemon & Parsley: Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  5. Serve: Plate the shrimp over rice and enjoy!
